Day One

From your home pick-up you will travel to Holyhead for the 0855 crossing to Dublin, after disembarkation we continue our journey via Wicklow to Enniscorthy, time to relax before dinner.

Day Two

Today we visit Ireland's oldest city Waterford, home of the world famous crystal factory - admission is included to the Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre where you can marvel at the skills of the craftsmen and an up close insight into the centuries old tradition of Waterford Crystal making. This afternoon we will have a guided tour of Waterford’s Medieval Museum and Bishops' Palace before returning to our hotel for dinner.

Day Three

Our excursion today takes us to Mount Usher Gardens which is one of Irelands most loved gardens, by both professionals and the wider public. The gardens were first planted in 1868 in the Robinsonian style, after the Irish garden designer William Robinson who emphasised informal planting in harmony with the natural setting of the garden.

Day Four

After breakfast we visit the city of Wexford before we make our way to New Ross and visit the Dunbrody Famine Ship which is one of the premier tourist attractions in the South East of Ireland. Centre on an authentic reproduction of an 1840s' emigrant vessel, it provides a world-class interpretation of the famine emigrant experience and a unique insight into the bravery and fortitude with which Irish people faced up to in a desperate situation.

Day Five

This morning we must bid farewell to our hosts and begin our journey back to Dublin for our afternoon crossing to Holyhead.

TREACYS HOTEL, Enniscorthy

Awaiting you is the welcoming hand of friendship and hospitality which is the hallmark of the Treacy family. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and complete with all the modern conveniences that you would expect from a hotel of this standard.
