We depart for your holiday from your own front door with our exclusive home pick-up service, join your tour coach and travel to Eastbourne with comfort stops enroute.  Arrive at your hotel late afternoon, time to relax before dinner.

DAY TWO

This morning we visit historic Battle Abbey where we enjoy an audio guided tour of the Abbey ruins which stands on the spot where the armies of King Harold and William the Conqueror clashed at the Battle of Hastings, then discover the Victorian walled garden, visitor centre and Abbey Gatehouse.  We spend the afternoon at the award winning Pashley Manor Gardens where we see romantic English landscaping at its best, delight in the sweeping herbaceous borders, elegant rose and historic walled gardens, kitchen garden, woodland paths and tranquil vistas.

DAY THREE

We spend today in the vibrant resort of Brighton where there are plenty of attractions to see including the stunning Victorian Brighton Pier, the historic Brighton Bandstand, Madeira Lift, Brighton Museum and Art Gallery, the dazzlingly exotic Royal Pavilion.

DAY FOUR

Today we spend time in Hastings Old Town; home to the town’s still working fishing fleet and historic fishermen’s net huts, little museums, two funicular lifts, miniature railway, lifeboat station and pirates!  From here we travel to the historic port town of Rye where you will have free time, perhaps obtain lunch in one of the many lovely tea rooms and restaurants.  In the afternoon we enjoy a private 90 minute guided tour and tasting at the Carr Taylor Vineyard, set in the beautiful East Sussex countryside.
