Experience the royal treatment with a visit to Windsor Castle, used for many ceremonial and State occasions, followed by a cruise on the River Thames. We end this fantastic short break with a magical steam train ride, taking in the scenery whilst enjoying afternoon tea on board.

DAY ONE – Arrival

We depart and travel south to Windsor where we have some free time before continuing to our hotel in time for dinner this evening.

 

DAY TWO – Windsor Castle and River Cruise

We spend the morning at Windsor Castle before making our way into the town (immediately below the castle walls) to browse the shops and enjoy lunch. Later in the afternoon we embark on a cruise along the River Thames with afternoon tea included.

 

DAY THREE – Royal Windsor Steam Train and Departure

After a leisurely breakfast we make our way to London and join our steam train ride to Royal Windsor. Sit back in your comfortable Pullman carriage for a 90-minute steam journey and enjoy the scenery as our train leaves London, crosses the Thames and heads out to the countryside at Windsor. Enjoy a delicious cream tea served at your table during the journey. On arrival in Windsor, we will re-join our coach and begin our journey home.
