1. The coach trip I want to book on is in your brochure, but not listed on your website.

If a particular coach trip is not listed on the website, it is probably full or does not have enough spare seats to accommodate your request. Please email our reservations department for further clarification.

2. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment:

3. Can I make a provisional booking?

Yes, it is possible to make provisional bookings for all holidays and short breaks which can be held for 5 days, unless within four weeks of departure.

All provisional bookings will be cancelled automatically after 5 days if the appropriate payment and booking form has not been received.

4. Is my transaction safe?

We take security very serioursly and your information is submitted via a secure server with128 bit SSL encryption. No credit/debit card details are stored on our servers.

5. Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, Holiday Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £10, £25, £50 and £100 and can be redeemed against any of our tours. They are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

6. What is my luggage allowance?

Our drivers have to lift your luggage by hand. Therefore a maximum weight of 18kg per case will be allowed. We suggest one large suitcase between two, or 2 small suitcases. Please pack a separate bag if your tour includes overnight stops. For maximum clothing protection, we recommend moulded suitcases.

7. Is there a Toilet on-board your Coaches?

Yes, all of our touring coaches have a toilet on board. Of course, some feeder vehicles (Mini Coaches) do not have this facility.

8. Can I make a special request for my holiday?

Should you have any special requests, please ensure they are advised at the time of booking and noted on the booking form, we will then forward them to the relevant hotels and carriers. We regret however that such special requests cannot be guaranteed. On all our tours bedrooms are allocated without any guarantee of views. Town centre hotels particularly are often built with no view whatsoever. Some hotels may hold functions that cause noise, this unfortunately is beyond our control.

9. Will there be comfort stops enroute to my holiday destination?

On all our coach holidays we take regular rest breaks and we recommend that all passengers should alight from the coach during these breaks and walk around to reduce the likelihood of circulatory problems or deep vein thrombosis. We do not provide meals en-route however you will have the opportunity to buy food/snacks where possible at the stops.

10. Why may I need to use a feeder coach?

Like quite a few coach companies, we operate a network of feeder services linked to the main interchange points. This is to improve the journey time for all our passengers ensuring it is a pleasant and comfortable a journey as possible.

You will be notified if you will be using a feeder vehicle and given the pick up time and place with your travel ticket. A feeder could be the form of a taxi or mini coach
